On the Nose: The nose opens with playful aromas including edelweiss, pear and quince, creating a mellow and balanced blend of aromas classic to the Muscat grape.

On the Palate: flavors of honeydew melon, orange and kumquat emerge around a sweet core. Effervescence and balancing acidity contribute to a delightful mouthfeel and clean finish.

Food Pairings: Delicious on its own, on the patio with a picnic and paired with brunch and dessert dishes. Enjoy ice cold to preserve the bubbles. Serve with spicy Asian and Indian dishes like a vegetarian Malai Kofta curry, fresh cheese, fruit salad, lemon tart and French toast made with panettone.
